Welcome to the website of SDSM&T Baja SAE.  We will be attending competition in early May in Portland Oregon as well as mid-June in Madison Wisconsin.  We hope to bring two cars to the Oregon competition but are limited to just one dominating vehicle in Wisconsin.  We hope to continue our dominance in the Baja West competition in Oregon as well as establish a new dynasty in Wisconsin.  Only 2 schools have placed 2 cars in the top 10 at any competition.  We are one of them.

In February  we travel to Houghton, Michigan, to compete in our third Winter Baja Competition.  Historically we have done quite well with 3 trophies in three showings.  We will be bringing 3 cars to this race so all team members get a chance to experience driving in a racing environment. 

Our meetings are held Thursdays at 4:00 in CB 204.  Everyone is welcome to check us out and get involved!  If you have a conflict in schedule please contact us and still feel free to come up to the shop and help out.  We're in the shop on and off throughout the week, Friday afternoons, and all day on Saturdays.

The team took 4th place overall with Car #117 and 6th overall with Car #7.
